The only way to book the house is through this website.
Before booking check the availability on the reservation planning.
If the house is available fill out the form on left side and we'll reply as soon as possible.
Only when you receive by email the confirmation that the room is available we will ask you to pay in advance by Paypal 50% of the total cost .
Important: Do not pay until you have received our confirmation that the room is available.
We use Paypal, but you do not have to create a Paypal account to make
payments.

How to arrive
1 - by train to Corniglia or Vernazza and on foot, along Sentiero Azzurro (our home it is 2 km far from both villages).
2 - by your car, see below (private parking free).
3 - by my car, from Corniglia train station (transfert: € 5.00/2 person).

BY TRAIN AND ON FOOT
The main train station is La Spezia. Here you must take the train that stops in every Cinque Terre village.
See Timetable below.
You can buy the tickets at the ticket office or through the self-serve ticket kiosk.
The Cinque-Terre-day-pass is highly recommended if you want to travel the whole day among the Cinque Terre villages.
To get to Prevo you can get off at the station of Corniglia (or Vernazza, the distance is the same), follow the blue path to Vernazza (or follow Corniglia if off at Vernazza).
When you are on the top of Blue Path you will meet a little village (Prevo) and on right side (if you come from Corniglia) you meet some steps.
Climb the staircase and came to the intersection, turn left and walk to the end of the road.
You will find an iron ladder, go down the steps.
The house is located 50 meters from this point

A-12 Highway (Autostrada) Genova - Livorno.
Exit La Spezia-S.Stefano Magra (not Levanto/Monterosso).
Follow the signs towards Cinque Terre.
You meet Riomaggiore first, 14 km from the town centre. Continuing to Manarola the road becomes narrow.
After Manarola you meet Volastra and after 2 km the crossroad that leads to Corniglia and Vernazza: follow the way to Corniglia.
500 meters after the crossroad that leads to Vernazza and San Bernardino on the left side of the road there is a garbage container with the word 'Prevo': there, just in front of the garbage container begins the private road that leads to our house.
Stop there and call us so I'll come to receive you.

CONCEDE in LOCAZIONE

7) Le parti si danno atto che il conduttore provvede a propria cura al riassetto giornaliero dell'immobile locato.
È esclusa da parte del locatore la fornitura di pasti e bevande, dei servizi di sorveglianza, custodia e ripulitura dei locali.
8) Per qualsiasi controversia in ordine all'esecuzione del presente contratto viene tra le parti convenuta la competenza esclusiva del Foro di La Spezia.
9) È riservato al locatore il diritto di visitare l'immobile in ora diurna, previo congruo preavviso al conduttore.
10) Le parti si danno reciprocamente atto che, per quanto non previsto, il presente contratto è esclusivamente regolato dalle norme del Codice civile.
